LED Screens

Big. Bright. Beautiful. In fact, LED Screens are bright enough to be seen in direct sunlight. Lighter, more stable, and consuming less power than CRT or discharge tube technology, LED screens run cool to the touch while operating.

For Outdoor uses, this equipment stands up to the brightest daylight and extremes of weather, and offers the most attractive, multi-use presentation format available. With outdoor LED video technology, any place can be center stage.

For Indoor uses, LED SMD (surface mount diode technology) provides an attractive, high quality image, even in the harshest lighting conditions, to stand out at a busy tradeshow, conference, exhibit, or elegant entertainment environment.

Light. Portable. Time, cost, and power efficient, requiring no convergence, and with flexible color balance, interlocking LED modules are rugged and adaptable to every production situation, using either ground supported or flown rigging systems.

LSV features 25mm, 13mmV, and 10mm Outdoor Screens, 10mm and 6mm Indoor Screens, and a variety of Truck Configured Mobile Screens. We’ve designed proprietary shipping trusses to make our screens easy to pack and ship around the world, cost effectively. The modular design, together with the natural advantages of LED technology, enables quick and efficient set-up and installation.

Increasingly popular new LED technologies include several options for creative use of Scenic and Set Design Elements. Versa TILES, Versa TUBES, Versa RAY, Stealth, MiStrips, MiPIX, and SoftLED are among the formats available to enhance a set, embellish a stage or add decor to a presentation area. Decorative and artistic possibilities are extensive, and components can even be arrayed to form actual screen surfaces.

LSV can also provide general video and audio equipment including video wall systems, video projection packages, plasma and LCD displays, source equipment (including camera packages), microwave paths and satellite links, and audio equipment to complement any system requirements or work with any LED display.

Temporary and Permanent Installations

One of the remarkable qualities of LED screens is the ease of installing them in ordinary and extraordinary locations with relatively short advance time. Once the support structure is in place at your display area, your LED screen can be positioned practically anywhere that’s appropriate for optimum audience viewing. It can remain there as briefly or as long as you wish, because all our installations are prepared with strict attention to safety, engineering, and zoning codes. And, because LED screens are weather protected, run cool to the touch, and consume very little power, they are an ideal choice for long term installations as well as temporary and special events.

Indoor/Outdoor Screens Toshiba 13mmV

Versatility for applications of all kinds is the building block of Toshiba’s new breed of full color displays. Brilliant images and vivid colors give maximum impact, and the indoor or outdoor capability of this system makes it a workhorse for any show situation.

Outdoor Screens Lighthouse 25mm

An attractive option for large venues, 25mm screens bring all the flexibility and intelligent module design of high performance LED systems, and allows the user to get bigger screen sizes more affordably. Billboards, sporting events, or any application needing a display 12′ × 16′ or larger will find this format a cost effective solution.

Outdoor Screens Lighthouse 20mm

Each panel consists of 48 lines by 64 pixels of ultra bright light emitting diodes, displaying video and computer generated images. The modular, durable system is weatherproof and withstands extremes of temperature as well as rain or snow. Easy to assemble, with solid state electronics these screens require minimal set-up time, no color balancing, and no convergence.

Outdoor Screens Barco SLite

This rugged outdoor format is available in virtual 10mm, 14mm and 22mm resolutions.

Barco, a recognized market leader, refers to its panels as “tiles.”

Indoor Screens Barco ILite, 6mm

The industry standard for high resolution indoor LED display. Distinctly bright, with no trade-off in resolution, the ILite brings all the advantages of indoor video technology. The modular style of Barco “tiles” is square in this format, and offers unlimited scalability and a full color blended picture at extremely short range.

Indoor Screens Toshiba 6mm Curvable

High resolution 6mm modules are brilliant and viewable to 170 degrees from any angle.

Curvable and sleek, this screen offers both convex and concave design possibilities.

Indoor Screens Lighthouse 10mm

Bright, 32″ diagonal indoor LED panels, with 100 lines per meter, are the building block of the Lighthouse SuperScreen System. Panels are combined to accommodate the desired screen size. Suitable for any indoor environment, the Lighthouse 10mm can be used effectively for concerts, exhibitions, conferences, social or sporting events, retail facilities, indoor arenas and trade shows, whether at night, in indoor lighting, or in atrium settings.

Creative LED Options: Scenic and Set Design Elements Versa TILES

These unique LED video displays turn ordinary environments into visually mesmerizing environments. Colors, patterns, and moving images can be created in any graphics program or adapted from stock imagery to acts as walls, floors, or set enhancers. Shape and size possibilities are practically endless.

Creative LED Options: Scenic and Set Design Elements Versa TUBES

This tubular addition to the designer’s tool box uses LEDs in light emitting cylinders. From vibrant patterns to organic flows, the tubes are alive with streams of colored light that add new architecture to any environment.

This transparent video screen is built from very thin tubes spaced in intervals, with minimal framework. Lightweight and low profile, it offers a variety of pixel densities for a choice of transparency and screen resolution.

Creative LED Options: Scenic and Set Design Elements Stealth

A unique and modular panel design, with low profile central support and fins, allows for a lightweight system that is virtually transparent when off. When engaged, Stealth is a high resolution display that deploys rapidly and can provide large scale screen coverage using DVI, HD, SDI, s-video, component, or composite video signals.

Creative LED Options: Scenic and Set Design Elements MiSTRIP

Ideal for integration into stage sets, exhibition booths, and interior or architectural usage, these creative pixel strips can be used for enhancements or for large free-form displays. They can be arranged to any size, shape, or form and also create lighting-type effects.

Creative LED Options: Scenic and Set Design Elements MiPIX

Barco’s modular LED pixel “blocks” measure only 4 cm × 4 cm, a size and shape that allows intelligent lighting effects or high resolution graphics on large scale backdrops of any form or size. MiPIX blocks can also carry full video on flat or free form shapes, or can be spaced further apart to create interesting displays for ultra large scale applications.

Truck Configured Mobile Screens

LSV has extensive experience transporting and using portable video trucks in all corners of North America. Our technical crews manage, maintain, and run truck screens with a superior record of dependability, adaptability, and ease of operation for the end user.

Truck configured screens can be used in places other display set-ups would be impossible. They arrive, and are set-up and running in a very short time for any imaginable application. Trucks are complete with source feed equipment, generators, and self-rising apparatus. We drive up to your site, set the truck in place, raise the screen, connect to your video feed and, voilá, showtime!
